General English Intake date preferences 2018

  • Preferred start date is the start date of the course.
  • If not possible to start on start date, students must then start on week 6 of the course.
  • Students can only be started at week 1 or 6.
  • As many students as possible should start on the course start date.
  • 5 week students – students who are only given 5 weeks of English should start on the week 6 intake date as this gives them the last 5 weeks of General English which is the harder part of the course. As they are supposed to be quite good if they are given 5 weeks this ensures they are learning new skills and are challenged.
  • If students are late starting due to visa, health or any other reason, they must then wait until the next start date. That is if they do not start in week 1, they must start in week 6. They cannot start in week 2 for example.

  • Intake 5
    week 1: 15 October
    week 6: 19 November
